Creating Auto Answer in E-mail Client

Auto Answering in Outlook Express5:

Open outlook Express.

Create a new mail.
Do not enter the to etc….
Just type in the mail and enter the subject as what you need . For eg."My auo answering system"…..
Remember the directory where the mail is being saved.

Now, take Tools>>Message Rules >>Mail.

Now set the condition(s) for the new rule and the action(s) for it below and then in the description part just click on the respective places to make the entry. Then Save the rule and apply it.

Now auto answer for OE5 is Ready.

  
  
  
Auto Answering in Eudora 4.0 and higher:

Open Eudora and create a new mail.

Just type in the mail and subject.
Save the mail as a stationery.

Create a new filter and in the action part select "Reply With" and then this stationery will appear there. Select this and save the stationery.
Now, Auto Answer for Eudora is ready.
