Creating
Dial-up Networking under Win NT
1)
The pre requisite for this installation will be a Win NT CD.
From menu,
select Settings>>Control panel.

From Control Panel, double click on Network.

Click on Add button on the screen.

4)
Select Remot Access Service from the menu that appears. Click
on OK or Have Disk button. Insert Win NT CD when prompted.
Reboot the machine, If prompted.

5)
Select the 'RAS Device'. The Remote Access Service will be
communicating using this device. Point on the Communication
port through which RAS should work. (Select COM2 in ordinary
cases). The communication port should contain the modem you
have installed.

6)
Select the COM port, and click on Configure button.

7)
From the following screen, choose 'Dial out only', click OK.

8)
Now click on the Network button.

9)
Select only 'TCP/IP' from the screen and click OK. Reboot
the machine after closing all programs.
