setup in Internet Mail
Click

Click
on  button
> programs > Internet mail
You
will get Internet mail configuration setup dialog window for
the first time. Press Next button.
Provide
your name and E-mail address
Enter
POP3 and SMTP Server names.
Enter
your E-mail account and password. Password is optional.
If
your system using a LAN connection, select first choice.
If
you are using an independent system you may select third choice,
and you must select your Dial-Up networking connection from
the drop down menu.
In
the last window press finish button and you can use Internet
mail to send and receive E-mails.
