Job Profile:

• Being a key professional in the Software Testing team of Spectrum in assisting the development process.
• To participate in the initial consultation with internal or external client for the purpose of understanding the scope of the project and the specifications.
• To create test plans independently or in group settings, based on the parameters outlined on the basis of the requirements.
• Manual testing for the purpose of locating / eliminating bugs. Using every function and tool, searching for results regarding performance, reliability, bugs and any other failures.
• Taking care of the on-job S/W testing training process as an administrator and faculty for the training process. 
• Proper reporting to the testing process in-charge regarding the results or outcome of the testing procedure as well as proper documentation.
• Making recommendations for debugging and proper follow up and retesting.
• Preparing application work flow documentation, user manuals/help files of software applications.
• Providing application/product orientation to juniors/end users/other staffs in Spectrum as and when requirement arises.
• Proper usage and maintenance of the resources allocated for the purpose of work.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates with 1+ years' experience in Manual Testing. Freshers with excellent knowledge in software testing can also apply.
