| JOB PROFILE: Providing PC/Server level technical support to our USA office, Client, and staffs working from home. Providing technical support to clients at USA through Phone / mail /chat and Online ticketing system. Monitoring the health and proper working condition of PABX and Voice Mail system. Monitoring the health and proper working condition of Fax servers. Monitoring the status of all types of Faxes sent by our Fax server and tracking of Failed Faxes. Monitoring/maintaining EasyVoice dictation servers. Periodical backup and system health analysis of License Manager. Monitoring the health of Easyflow, EMR, CMS, EHR, Secure FTP, Firewalls, etc…(All servers located at USA/Indian and client locations). Setting up new MT accounts in EF/EMR, EHR, and EV servers and intimate the necessary info to respective clients. Monitoring the health and working status of MA workflow management server, mail server and accounting server etc. Technical Product / FAQ / work flow documentation. Software testing. (Testing of all applications related to MA, Frankstrade both server and client side) Managing the internal ticketing system.(OTRS). Assisting CTO for recruiting Technical staff to tech dept. Providing training to new recruits/trainees/staff. Assisting EMR/QA/MA Training/MA Production team by providing info related to EMR and EF server and other technical queries. Providing tech support to MT Training dept. Providing technical support to Spectrum business associates. Monitoring/maintaining all servers related to MA business associates. Providing training/support related to different products like EasyPlay, EasyMove (all Spectrum applications) to our internals staff members and to the representatives from Spectrum business associates, sub-contractors etc… Preparing technical FAQs, documentations and presentations as per company’s requirement. Analyzing different clients requirements related to Medical analysis/Frankstrade and providing solutions for integrating/solving their requirements/problems. Maintaining/ Monitoring the LAN, WAN, Telecom and different network equipments installed at Spectrum offices and client destinations. Setting up different types of application servers needed for MA and other applications for production and test purposes. Supporting software dept. for designing/developing/testing and implementing different types software applications. Preparing crash recovery procedures for all applications, which are needed for handling critical technical failures. Taking periodical backup of all types of critical data. Clarifying the technical queries raised by USA sales team. To work in flexible shifts to assure the smooth-run of the 24x7 Technical administration and support process. The job responsibilities could be upgraded or modified from time to time based on the company requirements. **Advanced technical training and exposure will be provided to the Support Engineer to be capable of taking care of the above responsibilities well. |
