Modem Configuration - Windows 2003

1. click on ,select control panel and phone and modem options
2. select modems, and click on add button
3. click on next, windows 2003 will start the new modem wizard…..
4. If you have the drivers, for the modem select "Don't detect my modem..............."option and click on "Next"

5. If the modem shown is not your modem then click on Change, choose your modem manufacturer from the Manufacturers list and the model from the Models list and then click on OK. If you have the drivers insert it into the respective drives and click on "Have Disk" and point it to the respective driver location. Now, select the respective port, ( COM1, COM2, ...........) and click on "Next".

6. Click on Next and then click on Finish.
