E-mail setup in MS Outlook Express 4

Click on Tools button on top, select Accounts ...

When Internet Accounts window pops up, click on Add Menu then click on Mail button on the right side.

Type in your real name then click Next. Note that you can type in anything you want to identify yourself.

Enter your Email address then click Next...

Enter Server Names ... Click Next.

Enter your username as given in your password letter...Click Next. Do not include '@spectrum.net.in' while entering your username.

Friendly Name window, You can type in anything you want .. (say SPECTRUM) Click Next.

Connect using my local area network (LAN) should be selected.

Select one of the Dial-up networking Connections from the listed connections. It can be the same one you use for browsing.

Click on Finish on next window.

Upon completion of these steps you find the new setting listed as below.

Close this window. Now you can use Outlook Express to send and receive mails. You can also configure several POP3 mail accounts in Outlook Express.
Repeat the same process to add new email configuration.
