E-mail setup in MS Outlook Express 5

Click on Tools button on top, select Accounts ...

When Internet Accounts window pops up (after clicking it), click on Add Menu then click on Mail button on the right side.

Type in your real name then click Next. Note that you can type in anything you want to identify yourself.

Enter your Email address given by your ISP, then click Next...

Enter Server Names ...( You can enter it as the exchange.spectrum.co.in or 203.197.151.66 ) Click Next.

Enter your username as given in your password letter...Click Next. Do not include '@spectrum.co.in' while entering your username.

Click on Next button.

Click on Finish button. Upon completion of these steps you find the new setting listed as below.

Close this window. Now you can use Outlook Express to send and receive mails.
You can also configure several POP3 mail accounts in Outlook Express.

Repeat the same process to add new email configuration.
