Dial-Up Networking under Windows 95

From the windows 95 startup menu first select 'SETTINGS', then click 'CONTROL PANEL'.
In the CONTROL PANEL window double click the 'ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS' icon.
Now select the 'Windows setup' tab.
    Double click the 'communications' option
Check if the 'Dial-Up Networking' icon has a check mark, if it does you can skip the rest of the installation process and go on to the 'Setting Up Dial-Up Networking' section. If there is no check mark then select the Dial-Up Networking option and click the 'OK' button. You will be asked to insert the original windows95 CD-ROM.

Note: you might have to enter the directory name manually, in this case use the browse option to select the directory on the CD-ROM which contains all the .cab files. On the 'Surf-it' CD-ROM this directory is named: \usengl\win95\win95
After the installation procedure has finished, you will be prompted to restart your computer. This is required to complete the process.
