Job Title : Customer Support Executive

Department : Technical
Reporting to : The Chief Technology Officer
Responsible for : Customer Support activities
Locations : Kochi

Job Functions:

Ability to handle customer calls and work on Internet related technologies like e-mail client configuration, dial-up and leased line modem trouble-shooting etc.
Logging and follow up of customer support calls.
Account creation and modification of various Internet services (Web hosting, DNS entry creation, Mail server accounts, FTP accounts etc.)
Providing support for co-location customers.
Providing support for hosting customers under various platforms like Linux, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003.

Qualifications:

Young female graduates with excellent command in English & Malayalam
B.Sc with GNIIT/B.E/B Tech/M.C.A preferred
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Solid computer skills including MS Word, Excel and e-mail.
Knowledge of telephone etiquette & Administration activities.
