Job
Functions:
 |
Ability to handle customer calls
and work on Internet related technologies like
e-mail client configuration, dial-up and leased
line modem trouble-shooting etc. |

Logging and follow up of customer support calls. |
 |
Account creation and modification of various
Internet services (Web hosting, DNS entry creation,
Mail server accounts, FTP accounts etc.) |
 |
Providing support for co-location customers. |
 |
Providing support for hosting customers under
various platforms like Linux, Windows NT, Windows
2000 and Windows 2003. |
Qualifications:
 |
Young
female graduates with excellent command in
English & Malayalam |
 |
B.Sc with GNIIT/B.E/B Tech/M.C.A preferred |
 |
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. |
 |
Solid computer skills including MS Word, Excel
and e-mail. |
 |
Knowledge of telephone etiquette & Administration
activities. |
